A mainly clear sky highlights the scene with a few stray cumulus clouds. These are found in the lower levels of the atmosphere and mean fair weather. They can grow into taller cumulus clouds and that would produce a cumulonimbus or a thunderstorm cloud, but that isn't the case here.
