The high level cloud that you see are cirrostratus. These clouds are made of super-cooled water droplets that form ice crystals. The puffy cotton-ball like clouds are cumulus and these are low in the atmosphere. There is also a streak on the left side of the photo and that is a contrail left by an airplane.
