Cirrus clouds are thin and wispy. Cirrus usually means fair weather and they often point in the direction they are moving.
They get their wispiness from the ice crystal that are spread out from the upper level winds and don't evaporate right away.
These clouds can be found at heights greater than 20,000 feet. There is also one stray cumulus cloud in the lower level.
